Submission Policies & Guidelines
What can be posted?
Events that are sponsored by, hosted by, or in collaboration with an IPFW college, school, unit, or student organization can be posted. If you have questions about this policy, please contact the calendar administrator at events@ipfw.edu.
Who can post an event?
All officially recognized IPFW organizations (schools, departments, units, centers, etc.) are encouraged to use the calendar. Please contact the appropriate campus calendar administrator to get your event listed. Submitted events have to be approved by the calendar owner and these events will not show up until approved. Please list enough information so it will be easy to approve (such as name of student organization, sponsoring department, sponsoring faculty member, phone numbers, Web site, etc.)
All student organizations wishing to contribute to the IPFW Events Calendar must be registered with the Office of Student Life.

- Off-campus Events — Nan Bremer
By default, events from all calendars also appear on the All Events at IPFW calendar.
